A-1 Challenge will be aiming to maintain their clean sheet when they take on Makerere Sparks in one of the six MTN-Fuba League encounters at Namboole today.

The 2005 women champions have recorded 13 consecutive victories and remain on course to finish the regular season unbeaten.
Following their 105-33 win over Amazon Rhino in their last encounter, A-1 Challenge look clear favourites to bag maximum points today but face a desperate Sparks side seeking redemption.

Sparks, who won the 2003 championship in their debut season, were on Wednesday drubbed 78-46 by KCC Leopards and their chances of making the play-offs are now hanging on a loose thread.
Whereas victory for A-1 Challenge could ensure they finish in the top four irrespective of results in the remaining six games, a loss for Sparks will end their dream of making the post season.
After losing to Sadolin Power on September 16, Mogas Falcons have a chance of returning to winning ways against lowly but unpredictable KCC Lions. The Mayor’s team recorded a memorable 50-46 victory over two-time former champions Nkumba Marines a fortnight ago but lost to Gulu Hawks last weekend.
To survive relegation, KCC Lions need at least three more victories after fellow possible relegation candidates Miracle Eagles edged Marines 81-80 on Wednesday.
In-form Uganda Christian University (UCU) Lady Canons face battle-hardened Nabisunsa in another intriguing women’s fixture.
